This website and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.
All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicised on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 4-10 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
All international orders are dispatched through Global-E and can take 4-14 working days, We offer several different shipping methods including airmail, standard courier and express courier. Availability and costs depend on the size and weight of the order, and these are detailed at checkout
All payments are received securely via PAYPAL. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.
We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have completed your order and it has been accepted you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Pre Order: A postage charge will still apply when ordering a product that is on Pre Order. Orders that contain Pre Order items and items in stock will be dispatched altogether.
Missing Items: If your order is missing any items we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with, goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on used products including Boom Lash Mascara and Silk Lashes. All Sale items can be returned for an exchange or Credit Note only-no refunds will be issued.
If you have received an item that you did not order, please do return the incorrect product and the correct item will be dispatched for you as soon as we have received the product back to us. You will be required to arrange and pay for it’s registered return to us and we shall reimburse your postage.
Any products that are proven faulty will also need to be returned to us and we are more than happy to replace the product for you once received back to us.
To return your item/s: Complete the returns form provided and securely package the items. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you obtain proof of posting. Post the items/s and returns form to:

While we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure an efficient service, it does not guarantee that the use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto your computer.
We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and the service it offers at any time and without notice.
These Terms and Conditions supersedes any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.
Iconic London Inc obtain the right to override any of the Terms and Conditions at any time, and in any situation.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable in full.
